SmartSellerSync Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of SmartSellerSync. The contracting party is INFINITYCHOICES LLC("we", "us"), a limited liability company with its principal place of business at 5830 E 2ND ST, CASPER, WYOMING 82609. By requesting access or using the service, you agree to these terms.

SmartSellerSync is software for multi-channel sellers, operated by INFINITYCHOICES LLC. It connects to Amazon, eBay and Shopify through each platform's official APIs and surfaces listings, orders, inventory and related data in a dashboard — including Amazon Brand Analytics, sales and traffic, pricing and settlement reconciliation for authorized Amazon Seller Central accounts.

You remain solely responsible for complying with the Amazon Services Business Solutions Agreement and all Amazon policies, as well as applicable eBay and Shopify terms and policies for the accounts you connect. SmartSellerSync does not relieve you of those obligations.

SmartSellerSync is an independent application and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.com, Inc., eBay Inc., Shopify Inc., or their affiliates. Amazon, Amazon Seller Central, eBay, Shopify, and related marks are trademarks of their respective owners.

You grant SmartSellerSync access by authorizing the application on each platform you connect — Login with Amazon for Seller Central, and the official OAuth / API flows for eBay and Shopify. You may revoke that authorization at any time. On revocation we stop all API calls for that connection and purge related data as described in our Privacy Policy.

You may use SmartSellerSync only for lawful purposes and only in connection with Amazon, eBay and Shopify accounts you are authorized to manage. You may not attempt to reverse engineer the service, probe our systems, or use the service to violate any marketplace's policies.

Fees are as stated on the Pricing page or in your order form. Plans are billed monthly unless otherwise agreed. Prices are in USD; VAT may apply depending on your location.

SmartSellerSync is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that Amazon, eBay or Shopify data will be available without interruption from those platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFINITYCHOICES LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or business, arising from your use of SmartSellerSync. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in the United States have exclusive jurisdiction, except where prohibited by law.
